Demolition has always been recognized as a hazardous occupation, it is our aim at City Demoltion to ensure that the associated risks are kept to an absolute minimum.
Each of our sites are visited at least once per week by our full time safety officer and each of our major sites has its own resident safety officer ensuring the standard of our safety is second to none.
The health of our workforce is paramount. We carry out various programmes of health surveillance targeted at such key health issues as Asbestos, Hand Arm Vibration Syndrome, Lead and Noise.
Its people that are our key resource. Accordingly we support all initiatives which make their work environment a safer place. In the pursuance of our work, we take care to employ best practice in terms of equipment and materials in the protection of the site, the surrounding location and the wider environment in which we operate our services.
